At Discover Hope 517, we believe in redemption and the power of second chances. Our Second Chance Program is designed to help individuals who have jeopardized their employment due to substance abuse at work. We partner with employers and employees to provide a structured recovery plan, accountability, and support—offering a path to restoration rather than termination.
Through multiple recovery support services at DH, workplace advocacy, and mentorship, we work to rebuild trust between employees and employers while addressing the root causes of substance use. Our goal is not just to save jobs but to transform lives, ensuring individuals can maintain stable employment while receiving the help they need to thrive.
